About our Pool

Low Farm Leisure Pool is located in the beautiful Broadland village of South Walsham. There is a large carpark with easy access to the pool entrance.

All pool sessions last 1 hour and 20 mins with a gap between each customer so there will be no customer change over and your time is totally private.

The pool depth ranges from 3'3 inches to 6'3 inches and the pool temperature is kept at a warm 32 degrees.

There are 4 separate, private cubicles in the changing area along with shower and toilet.

No single swimming is allowed at any time. There must be a minimum of 2 adults present at all times and up to and no more than 8 people.
No diving and jumping into the pool.
No horseplay (pushing people into pool and divebombing etc).
No running around the edge of the pool.
No hard balls are allowed, inflatables are accepted.
Infants should wear swimming nappies at all times.
All wet/soiled nappies and disposable personal belongings must be taken home with you.
It is the responsibility of the customer to establish that pool chemicals and the pool environment will not affect any medical condition suffered by anyone in their party.
Users are asked to exercise caution if they have eaten within an hour prior to swimming.
No footwear to be worn in the pool area.
No food, drink, glass bottles or breakable items are allowed in the pool and changing rooms.
No smoking anywhere on the property and car park.
The pool is unsupervised and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that those who use the pool can either swim or are using the necessary swimming aids. All children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult swimmer at all times.
To maintains the temperature of the pool, all outside doors must be closed at all times.
